I saw a couple of places that creating digimon was allowed on here, but I couldn't find any more real information regarding that concept aside from the digimon in question needing staff approval before being allowed in to the game play. I think we all pretty much know that we can not over power them, that's essentially a given. However, I was wondering if there are any other rules that need to be taken into consideration to get this done.
So, in short, the questions being asked are: [1] What the guidelines for creating a new digimon? [2] How do we get them approved for game play?

Good question. So, here's what you need to do. I'll be using an example based on DMA for this. Direct your eyes on the picture in the spoiler underneath this patch of text. Do you see the zones circled in red? These are the fields you need to explain, as well as the digivolution line and How he digivolves (Which are not in the picture). Now, let me explain each zones. Level: By this, we mean Rookie, Champion, Ultimate, Mega and potentially, Super Mega. For that Super Mega stage, it can be a Jogress you planned with your already existing digimon, or another method like Burst Mode. Attribute: Vaccine, Data and Virus are the 3 attributes you can choose from. Type: This relates mostly to what your digimon would be based. In Agumon's case, it's a reptile. For Lucemon's case, it's angel and such. Picture Zone: This can be replaced by a description of your digimon appearance. You need to describe how he looks, clothes, weapons, anything that is worth describing. Attacks: Those are the attacks your digimon can execute. Simply list them with a small description so that we can know how it looks. Digivolution: List the possible evolutions the digimon has. I suggest only listing those that you're certain of using. Of course, you could link the Secondary and Tertiary lines to existing digimons. Globally allowed: This is to know if you wish for your digimon to be available for everyone. So you simply need to describe all of those for each of your forms to be approved. You can submit the form in any methods that you see fit: Drawings, word text, photoshop art and such. I hope this answers your question ^^ EDIT: Please post your original digimon in the Data Board section made for this. That will ease the access to the information for everyone.
