Like many Fresh level Digimon, Kuumon is a small ball of fur which moves by bouncing around. Presumably it has a face, hidden beneath its fur, because it can see. And bite. Watch your fingers. This is your only warning. The most fascinating characteristic of Kuumon is that, when hatching from a Digiegg, this Digimon splits into two- One black, and one white. Other than color, the two are identical. The name comes from the only sound it makes, a soft “kuu.” | Species Name: Kuumon (White) Name Origin: Kuu as the onomatapeia for the sound it makes. (White) differentiates from Kuumon (Black) Level: Fresh Attribute: Free Type: Light Families: Nature Spirits Globally Available: No Attacks: > Liangyi - Kuumon (White) and Kuumon (Black) are one digimon in two bodies. When one digivolves, so does the other… And when one, de-digivolves, the other does as well. > White Bubble - If it could talk, Kuumon would claim that this bubble is made of pure Yang energy… Whatever that is. Still, this white bubble is made of something, and packs about as much wallop as you would expect from a Fresh Digimon. >You Were Warned - That’s right! Kuumon has teeth! And while they aren’t great (Read: Do nothing) against other digimon, they are just right for biting squishy human fingers! Dex Entry: This pint-sized Fresh Digimon is said to come in twins. While it may look fluffy, do be aware that it has teeth and will bite! Digivolution: Kuumon (White) KoShiromon Shiromon Baimon Yangmon SolarYangmon |
KoShiromon is, as the name suggests, a small version of the Rookie level Shiromon. As such, KoShiromon takes the form of a small, white kitten. Pure white, without even a hint of other color- Even the eyes and the inside of the mouth can be seen to be white, without the slightest hint of another color. It’s rather disconcerting. While, unlike Kuumon, KoShiromon can talk… Don’t expect much of interest. For some reason, KoShiromon tends to refer to himself as a male, despite Digimon not having differentiated genders. At this stage in digivolution, KoShiromon shows no signs of differentiating from his ‘sister’ beyond their color. | Species Name: KoShiromon Name Origin: Ko, meaning small, and Shiro, meaning white. Level: In-Training Attribute: Free Type: Light Families: Nature Spirits Globally Available: No Attacks: > Liangyi - KoShiromon and KoKuromon are one digimon in two bodies. When one digivolves, so does the other… And when one, de-digivolves, the other does as well. > White Bubble - A single shot of a large white bubble identical to those fired by Kuumon (White), albeit compressed in one shot. > Tooth and Nail What, you thought you were safe because he digivolved? Nope! While not very useful against other digimon, KoShiromon is more than capable of deterring wandering hands. Dex Entry: This rambunctious In-Training level Digimon just wants to play… But be careful, for the games of KoShiromon are sharp and often painful. Digivolution: Kuumon (White) KoShiromon Shiromon Baimon Yangmon SolarYangmon |
KoShiromon is a kitten, so what might Shiromon be…? If you guessed Dog, you’d be correct! Just kidding, of course it’s a bigger cat! As before, Shiromon can be seen to be pure white, unmarred by other colors. Like his sister, Shiromon is on the small side for a rookie digimon- Though still larger than Kuromon. While he understandably has a complex about this, he does like that he can look down on others from his perch atop his tamer’s right shoulder. … Well, you know what they say about idiots and high places. This is the first evolutionary phase in which Shiromon and Kuromon are physically different beyond their color. With a stockier body and stiffer fur. | Species Name: Shiromon Name Origin: Shiro, the japanese word meaning ‘white.’ Level: Rookie Attribute: Free Type: Light Families: Nature Spirits Globally Available: No Attacks: > Liangyi - Shiromon and Kuromon are one digimon in two bodies. When one digivolves, so does the other… And when one, de-digivolves, the other does as well. > White Burst - This white ball of energy is notably stronger, faster, and more solid than the one used by Shiromon’s previous forms. Shiromon’s bread and butter attack. > Tooth and Nail - You know the drill by now. Teeth. Claws. Hands. Ouch. It’s almost like a non-Digimon cat. Dex Entry: You can tell this cat-like rookie apart from a real cat by looking at it’s face! If the eyes are all white, I can say with certainty that it is not a cat! Digivolution: Kuumon (White) KoShiromon Shiromon Baimon Yangmon SolarYangmon |
In keeping with the recurring theme of cats, Baimon takes on the form of a large, white lion, complete with a glorious mane. Notably larger than his sister, Baimon has completely shrugged off the inadequacy he felt in his Rookie days- Even though his size is merely average for a Champion level digimon. Lacking the subtlety shown by his sister, Baimon gets by on brute strength and a sturdy body. While not the strongest Champion level Digimon, Baimon’s physical body is top class for the level. With immense strength and stamina, it is rarely recommended to challenge this white Digimon to a contest of strength- Especially given the likelihood of his sister Heimon lurking nearby. | Species Name: Baimon Name Origin: Bai, from the chinese word meaning ‘white.’ Level: Champion Attribute: Free Type: Light Families: Nature Spirits Globally Available: No Attacks: > Liangyi - Baimon and Heimon are one digimon in two bodies. When one digivolves, so does the other… And when one, de-digivolves, the other does as well. > Sun Lion’s Pride - While Heimon’s selling point is her dangerous ambush strikes, Baimon’s power lies in his physical body. This allows the leonine Digimon to soak up more damage than the average Champion while still retaining the ability to move- Especially compared to his frail sister. > Sun Lion’s Roar - With a powerful roar, Baimon attracts both the attention of his foes, and their attacks. For the next two rounds, all opponents except those with exceptional mental fortitude must direct attacks towards Baimon. Those with resistant abilities can reduce this to either one or zero rounds, depending on the strength of their resistance. Furthermore, those afflicted can spend a turn doing nothing in order to break the attraction. More importantly, they must look away from Heimon- An error which may prove… Fatal. Cooldown of 3 posts after effect ends. > Sun Lion’s Strike - Baimon is never one for subtlety- And this move is no exception. Bringing to bear the full force of his physical strength, Baimon swipes, bites, or kicks at a nearby enemy. > Sun Lion’s Rush - Point A is where Baimon is. Point B is where his opponent is. Baimon charges from point A directly to point B with the overwhelming force of his physical body. Cooldown of 2 posts. > Sun Lion’s Wrath - Baimon’s last resort, Sun Lion’s Wrath is a devastating strike which grows in power as Baimon himself weakens, drawing power from his wounds. The more damage Baimon has taken, the more powerful Sun Lion’s Wrath is. This power comes at a cost, however, as its use will immediately revert Baimon (And therefore Heimon) to Rookie. Usable once per thread. Dex Entry: Watch out! This Champion level Digimon’s moves may be very straightforward, but his raw power is matched by few others of the same level! Digivolution: Kuumon (White) KoShiromon Shiromon Baimon Yangmon SolarYangmon |
Yangmon, as the name suggests, is a Digimon which embodies the “Yang” of the Taiji. Yangmon takes the form of a shirtless human male. As in previous forms, Yangmon’s primary color is absolute white. Unlike them, the pure white has now been marred by black- The Yin within the Yang. This can be seen in his eyes, as well as a linear black pattern which spreads over his body like a tattoo, and smoothly continues onto what little clothes he wears- Loose fitting trousers typically associated with chinese martial arts. Yangmon acts as the active to Yinmon’s passive, with a combat style more directed to direct combat. While his body may be smaller than it was in his previous form, that should not be mistaken to mean that his strength has lessened in relation- Yangmon is most certainly a contender for the Digital World’s Arm Wrestling Competition, Ultimate Division. | Species Name: Yangmon Name Origin: Yang, from the Yin-Yang Level: Ultimate Attribute: Free Type: Light Families: Nature Spirits Globally Available: No Attacks: > Liangyi - Yangmon and Yinmon are one digimon in two bodies. When one digivolves, so does the other… And when one, de-digivolves, the other does as well. > Yang’s Pride - As Baimon has digivolved, so has his pride. While before he was top class among Champions, he is now top-class among Ultimates in terms of his physical body. > Yang’s Blow - A suitable strike for such a straightforward character- A simple attack made while bringing forth the strength of Yangmon’s physical body. > Five Elements Generation - Yang - By utilizing the generating cycle of the five elements, Yangmon consumes most his opponent’s attack, using it to increase the power of his own. A simple, yet effective cross counter against any elemental attacks. As the attack is not fully negated, however, Yangmon will still take some of the damage from the attack. Wood generates Fire. Fire generates Earth. Earth generates Metal. Metal generates Water. Water generates Wood. Cooldown of two posts, plus one for any cooldown on the attack which was consumed. > Five Elements Destruction - Yang - By utilizing the destructive cycle of the five elements, Yangmon deals a devastating strike by coating his fist in the element which destroys that of his foe. This attack is treated as having a two post cooldown when directly conflicting with another attack. Wood destroys Earth. Earth destroys Water. Water destroys Fire. Fire destroys Metal. Metal destroys Wood. Cooldown of one post. > Strike of Yang - A complementary move to his sister’s Mark of Yin, the Strike of Yang warps Yangmon to a nearby Mark of Yin, whereupon he makes a powerful blow towards the mark. Upon contact, the mark detonates with a greater force than if detonated by Yinmon’s “Yin Detonation,” though Yangmon is unharmed by the explosion itself. Cooldown of one post. Dex Entry: Yangmon, representing that Yang of the Yin-Yang, is a masculine digimon specializing in brute force and head-on confrontations. Digivolution: Kuumon (White) KoShiromon Shiromon Baimon Yangmon SolarYangmon |
SolarYangmon, like his previous form Yangmon, takes on a humanoid form. Unlike the bare-chested Yangmon, however, SolarYangmon wears a suit of full plate armor- White, save for the black pattern identical to that of Yangmon. Furthermore, unlike the unarmed Yangmon, SolarYangmon wields a massive double-bladed greataxe. The axe is also white, save for the black pattern similar to that found on SolarYangmon himself. Whereas LunarYinmon takes the passive role, SolarYangmon takes the active role. With a powerful body and devastating attacks, SolarYangmon is a force to be reckoned with, even without the support of his other half. As suggested by the name, SolarYangmon draws power directly from the Yang associated sun, and as such is considerably stronger during the day than at night. | Species Name: SolarYangmon Name Origin: Solar, having to do with the sun, and Yang, from the Yin-Yang Level: Mega Attribute: Free Type: Choices: Light Families: Nature Spirits Globally Available: No Attacks: > Liangyi - SolarYangmon and LunarYinmon are one digimon in two bodies. When one digivolves, so does the other… And when one, de-digivolves, the other does as well. > Knight of the Sun - SolarYangmon draws strength from the sun, which has long been associated with Yang. During the day, all of SolarYangmon’s attacks are treated as having an additional post of cooldown. > Wu Xing - SolarYangmon has five battle stances, one for each of the five traditional Chinese elements- Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. Each of these stances draws upon the ‘Yang’ present in the element, adding additional effects to all of her attacks. Only one Yang stance may be active at a time. SolarYangmon starts with no active stance, and changes stance at the end of each post. After using a stance, all four other stances must have been switched to before returning to the first. The active stance can be seen in the uniquely colored aura surrounding SolarYangmon’s greataxe, which changes based on which stance he is in. > Fire’s Yang - [Stance of the Blazing Inferno] - The yang of fire is that of the roaring flame, the inferno which consumes and destroys. While in the stance of the Blazing Inferno, SolarYangmon’s attacks channel this aspect, striking with explosive force. Furthermore, as the stance is of the fire element, it is strengthened when the opponent is of the metal element, or LunarYinmon is in the wood stance. Likewise, the stance is weakened when against those of the water element or when LunarYinmon is in the earth stance. While in this stance, SolarYangmon’s axe takes on a red glow. > Wood’s Yang - [Stance of the Enduring Oak] - The yang of wood is that of the indomitable oak, which stands firm against the elements as it grows to the heavens. Channeling this aspect, the Stance of the Enduring Oak temporarily frees SolarYangmon from the effects of any rebuffs applied on him. Furthermore, as the stance is of the wood element, it is strengthened when the opponent is of the earth element, or LunarYinmon is in the water stance. Likewise, the stance is weakened when against those of the metal element or when LunarYinmon is in the fire stance. While in this stance, SolarYangmon’s axe takes on a green aura. > Earth’s Yang - [Stance of the Immovable Mountain] - The yang of earth is that of the unmoving earth, the unyielding mountain which stands eternal. While in this stance, SolarYangmon is rooted in place, but returns 25% of all damage back to his attackers. Furthermore, as the stance is of the earth element, it is strengthened when the opponent is of the water element, or LunarYinmon is in the fire stance. Likewise, the stance is weakened when against those of the wood element or when LunarYinmon is in the metal stance. While in this stance, SolarYangmon’s axe takes on a yellow aura. > Metal’s Yang - [Stance of the Unbreakable Steel] - The yang of metal is the energy of unyielding metal, of armor which receives attacks without breaking. Channeling this aspect, the Stance of the Unbreakable Steel reinforces SolarYangmon’s armor, increasing his defense. Furthermore, as the stance is of the metal element, it is strengthened when the opponent is of the wood element, or LunarYinmon is in the earth stance. Likewise, the stance is weakened when against those of the fire element or when LunarYinmon is in the water stance. While in this stance, SolarYangmon’s axe takes on a silver aura. > Water’s Yang - [Stance of the Torrential Rapids] - The yang of water is the energy of moving water, such as found in whitewater rapids. Taken to the extreme, this can be extremely forceful, as in a majestic waterfall or destructive tsunami. Channeling this aspect of water, the Stance of the Torrential Rapids causes SolarYangmon’s attacks to flow into each other in a torrential barrage, allowing him to make two attacks in the same round. Furthermore, as the stance is of the fire element, it is strengthened when the opponent is of the fire element, or LunarYinmon is in the metal stance. Likewise, the stance is weakened when against those of the earth element or when LunarYinmon is in the wood stance. While in this stance, SolarYangmon’s axe takes on a blue aura. > Earth Cleaving Swing - With naught but sheer brute force, SolarYangmon swings his axe with enough force to cleave even Chrome Digizoid. > Zenith Cleave - Combining the Earth Cleaving Strike with a ferocious charge, SolarYangmon closes the gap with his foe, while cutting through anything blocking his path. Cooldown of 2 posts. > Assault of Blows - While this is weaker than SolarYangmon’s other attacks, it makes up for it in speed- Unleashing numerous blows in the blink of an eye. This attack can use SolarYangmon’s axe, arms, legs, or any combination of the above to batter his foe. > Heaven Cleaving Swing - Reinforcing his attack with the power of Yang, this blow is identical to the Earth Cleaving Swing, save that it releases a violent wave of energy to strike distant foes. Cooldown of 2 posts. > Overbearing Strike - [Tyrannical Force of Yang] - Compared to his sister’s ultimate technique, SolarYangmon’s greatest attack is excessive in simplicity. Drawing on the great power of Yang within his own body, as well as the sun’s absolute Yang, SolarYangmon forgoes his weapon and channels this extremely pure energy into his fist over the course of one round. On the next post, the attack is unleashed- A devastating strike which can even surpass the barrier of level to harm a Super Mega level Digimon. Can only be used while Knight of the Sun is active. Cooldown of 10 posts. > Circle of the Five Elements - Yang - This technique may only be activated when Knight of the Sun is active, and SolarYangmon has entered each stance of Wu Xing twice. Channeling the power of the five elements, SolarYangmon combines the five stances of Wu Xing into a single stance, bearing the powers of each stance. While in this combined stance, SolarYangmon gains the benefits of all five stances, though loses all elemental affinities. He is also not rooted in place, despite the effect of the Earth stance. This technique ends after five posts, and SolarYangmon reenters the stanceless state in which he began. Usable once per thread. Dex Entry: A paragon of strength, this Mega-level Digimon draws jis Yang energy directly from the sun. Digivolution: Kuumon (White) KoShiromon Shiromon Baimon Yangmon SolarYangmon |
