Rules
Ok, I know some people dislikes rules and wishes for freedom, but this is for everyone's sake in making this place a better community as well as keep things ordered. Please read them and follow them so that there is no trouble.
The First Commandment: You shall not pass This is a forum for 13 years and older. There will be mild violence and cursing words used. You're under that? Pass your way. Kissing and holding hands are obviously allowed, but no describing sex scenes. We all know that babies are made by holding hands intensely, don't need to describe the process. The Second Commandment: You shall not lead This is about Back Seat Modding. To explain further: if you are not part of the staff, don't go saying how the systems functions without proper knowledge. This will just make things worse and will cause problems in the future. You can, however, share links that will help the person in need because I'm not always here, nor is the rest of the staff, and that will be a good thing. The Third Commandment: You shall not advertise As the title says, you shouldn't be advertising in the roleplaying zones or shoutbox. Where you can advertise? There is an advertising zone at the bottom of the forum, where you can either post a request to affiliate with us or simply post your link while explaining the forum you are linking. The Fourth Commandment: You shall not Despise nor Disrespect others For this rule, it includes trolling and insulting players out of characters. You got a problem with someone else? Take it off the forum. I don't want to deal with that, nor does the others. If it's in roleplay though? Enjoy yourself, just don't abuse of it. The Fifth Commandment: You shall post Correctly I think this one is fairly obvious. No Double Posting (Unless it's in your thread tracking, Solo Thread [No Abusing] and Mail System), write in a correct english (No SMS, smilies or whatever people use nowadays . This rule does not affect the News Network and Mail System, but please don't abuse of that.) and no using stuff that will stretch the forum to infinite lengths. Cut it down, spoiler it or give a link that leads to it outside of the forum. You may use the type of writing you prefer (First person, third person, past, present or anything else), that is entirely up to you.
Don't go moving other characters without their approval (And please have proof of said approval, that will save some time), don't try godmoding or metagaming. By Godmoding we of course mean invincible characters that dodge everything and make everything he does written in the sky and enforced on others. By Metagaming, we mean using OOC knowledge for your character (Like knowing the past of a character when he never told you about it) and knowing stuff you shouldn't be aware of (Weakness of a digimon you met for the first time). Just a note: Staff/Mods will be able to Godmod things a bit, for Plot purpose. The Sixth Commandment: You shall not Duplicate The title is indeed confusing, thus here is the explanation: One character per account. If you wish to have a second character, go make another account. As for the limit of accounts you can have? Endless. But you need to be active on each of them because if you are not? The unused accounts will be deleted after a warning. The Seventh Commandment: You shall stay in the right size This is regarding the avatars and signatures. First of all, like it is written in the First Commandment: No nudity. If the avatar is in underwear, we can allow to some extent. If you are not sure, contact a staff member to have more information. Second, avatar sizes are of 150 x 300 pixels (I recommend linking them to an hosting site to be sure to not lose any size. Servimg and Imgur works). As for Signatures, please no bigger then a width of 500 and a height of 300.There is a second part to this rule: Posting size. Each time you reply, you will see a word count at the bottom right of the reply box. We ask that you don't do one-liners, have a paragraph of text (Which is about 4 to 7 sentences, depending on computer screen size). Those that post 200 words and up will gain money according to their word count. In Mail and Network zones, there is no minimum word count, since they are meant to share information rapidly and to the point, so you can do one liners if you wish.
These are the 7 main rules of this forum. If you follow them, everything shall be alright and you'll be able to have fun.
